These Terms & Conditions (“Terms” or “Terms of Service”) govern your access to and use of the website, online platforms, learning management systems, mobile applications, LIVE classes, recorded sessions, certifications, and all educational services offered by National Institute of Digital Education (NIDE) and NIDE E-Learning Pvt. Ltd. (collectively referred to as “NIDE”, “the Institute”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

The National Institute of Digital Education (NIDE), accessible through its official website www.nideofficial.com, is wholly owned, managed, administered, and operated by NIDE E-Learning Private Limited, a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.

NIDE is an independent educational institution and operates under its own governance, academic framework, operational policies, Terms & Conditions, and administrative procedures.

For the avoidance of doubt, NIDE is not owned by, operated by, or controlled by any other university or educational institution, except to the extent of any specific academic collaboration, certification arrangement, or partnership that may be expressly disclosed by the Institute from time to time.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing our website or enrolling in any of our educational programs.

By accessing our website, submitting an application, making any payment, enrolling in a course, or using any service provided by NIDE, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

1. About NIDE

The National Institute of Digital Education (NIDE) is an educational institution offering industry-oriented certification programs, diploma programs, postgraduate programs, executive education, workshops, internships, career services, and skill development initiatives in Digital Marketing, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Analytics, Performance Marketing, Product Management, Information Technology, and other emerging technologies.

For administrative, operational, taxation, payment processing, and statutory compliance purposes, certain educational programs and commercial transactions are managed through NIDE E-Learning Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.

Where applicable:

  • Educational services may be delivered directly by NIDE or through NIDE E-Learning Pvt. Ltd.
  • Payment of fees to NIDE E-Learning Pvt. Ltd. shall be considered payment towards the respective educational services offered by the Institute.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or enrolling in any program, you agree that:

  • You have read these Terms completely.
  • You voluntarily accept all policies published by NIDE.
  • You agree to comply with all academic, administrative, financial, and operational rules issued by the Institute from time to time.
  • You agree to all policies relating to admissions, attendance, examinations, certifications, placements, internships, payments, refunds, privacy, and code of conduct.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NIDE.

3. Eligibility

To enrol in any course offered by NIDE, you represent and warrant that:

  • The information provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete.
  • You satisfy the eligibility requirements of the selected program.
  • You possess the educational qualifications required for admission (where applicable).
  • You are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under the applicable laws of India.
  • If you are below 18 years of age, your parent or legal guardian has provided consent for your enrolment.

NIDE reserves the right to reject or cancel any admission if incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information is submitted.

4. Course Enrolment

Admission into any program shall be confirmed only after:

  • Submission of the required application or registration form (if applicable).
  • Verification of eligibility (where applicable).
  • Successful payment of the applicable course fee (full payment or approved Instalment plan).
  • Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Completion of any additional documentation requested by the Institute.

NIDE reserves the right to refuse admission without assigning any reason where deemed appropriate.

5. Course Fees, Taxes & Payment

All course fees displayed on the website, brochures, proposals, quotations, or communicated by our representatives shall be subject to applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

Where GST is applicable, it shall be charged in accordance with prevailing Government regulations.

The student agrees to pay:

  • Course Fees
  • Applicable GST (if any)
  • Processing Charges (if any)
  • Payment Gateway Charges (where applicable)
  • Any statutory taxes imposed by Government authorities

The Institute reserves the right to revise course fees for future admissions without prior notice. However, such revisions shall not affect students who have already completed their enrolment.

6. Payment Methods, Payment Collection & Authorized Receipts

Students may make payments through any approved payment mode including:

  • UPI
  • Net Banking
  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card
  • EMI Partners
  • Bank Transfer
  • Demand Draft (where accepted)
  • Other officially approved payment channels

Payments made through third-party payment gateways are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment service providers.

NIDE shall not be responsible for delays, failures, or technical issues arising from third-party payment systems.

All course fees, registration fees, admission fees, GST, EMI payments, and any other amounts payable in relation to programs offered by the National Institute of Digital Education (NIDE) shall be collected exclusively by National Institute of Digital Education (NIDE) and/or NIDE E-Learning Pvt. Ltd. through its officially authorized payment channels.

The Institute does not authorize any university, academic partner, certification partner, third-party institution, individual, agent, or external organization to collect course fees on its behalf unless expressly communicated by the Institute in writing.

Where a program is delivered in collaboration with or affiliated to any university, certification body, industry partner, or academic institution, such collaboration does not authorize the respective partner to collect course fees on behalf of NIDE unless specifically notified by the Institute.

Students are advised to make payments only through the official payment channels communicated by NIDE. The Institute shall not be responsible for any payment made to unauthorized individuals, organizations, bank accounts, UPI IDs, QR codes, or payment links not officially approved by NIDE.

Any payment made outside the Institute’s officially authorized payment channels shall be solely at the payer’s risk, and the Institute shall not be liable for any resulting loss, dispute, delay, or claim.

7. EMI/Instalment Policy

Students opting for EMI/Instalment payment plans agree to comply with the following conditions:

  • EMI/Instalment payments must be made on or before the 5th day of every month unless otherwise communicated.
  • Delay in payment may attract late payment charges or suspension of the access to the LIVE classes, Student Dashboard, and WhatsApp Group
  • Students who fail to clear outstanding dues beyond the 10th day of the month may have their access temporarily suspended, including:
    1. LIVE Classes
    2. Student Dashboard
    3. Learning Management System (LMS)
    4. Study Materials
    5. Assignments
    6. Recordings
    7. Certification Process
    8. Placement Services
  • Access shall normally be restored after payment of all outstanding dues.

Repeated payment defaults may result in cancellation of enrolment at the sole discretion of the Institute.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Students are advised to carefully evaluate the program before completing their enrolment.

Once admission is confirmed and the enrolment process is completed:

  • Course fees paid shall be non-refundable.
  • Requests for cancellation shall ordinarily not be entertained.
  • Reserved seats cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
  • Transfer of admission to another individual may be permitted only at the sole discretion of the Institute and subject to applicable administrative charges.
  • Refund requests, if any, shall be governed exclusively by the Institute’s official Refund Policy, as published on the website from time to time.

Any approved refund shall be processed only in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy and within the timelines prescribed therein.

The Institute’s decision regarding refunds, cancellations, transfers, or administrative deductions shall be final and binding.

9. Communication

The student agrees that all official communication may be sent through:

Students are responsible for keeping their registered email address and mobile number updated.

Failure to read or respond to official communications shall not exempt the student from complying with Institute policies or deadlines.

COURSE DELIVERY, ACADEMIC POLICIES & PROGRAM SCHEDULING

10. Course Delivery

National Institute of Digital Education (NIDE) is committed to providing a high-quality, industry-relevant learning experience through LIVE instructor-led classes, practical assignments, workshops, case studies, projects, assessments, internships (where applicable), mentoring sessions, and self-paced learning resources.

The mode of delivery may include, but is not limited to:

  • LIVE Online Classes
  • Hybrid Learning
  • Classroom Sessions (where applicable)
  • Recorded Sessions
  • Workshops & Masterclasses
  • Practical Assignments
  • Case Studies
  • Industry Projects
  • Capstone Projects
  • Assessments
  • Mock Interviews
  • Career Support Sessions
  • Internship Programs (where applicable)

The Institute reserves the right to determine the appropriate mode of delivery for any program.

11. Course Curriculum

NIDE continuously updates its curriculum to align with changing industry requirements, technological advancements, employer expectations, certification standards, and emerging trends.

Accordingly, the Institute reserves the absolute right to:

  • Modify the curriculum.
  • Add new modules.
  • Remove outdated topics.
  • Rearrange the sequence of modules.
  • Introduce new practical exercises.
  • Add AI tools, software platforms, or industry certifications.
  • Update assignments and projects.
  • Revise assessments.
  • Change learning resources whenever required.

Such curriculum enhancements are intended to improve students’ learning outcomes and employability.

Students acknowledge that curriculum modifications shall not constitute a valid ground for cancellation or refund.

12. Faculty Allocation

NIDE engages experienced trainers, industry professionals, visiting faculty members, consultants, mentors, and subject matter experts for delivering its programs.

The Institute reserves the right to:

  • Change faculty members.
  • Replace trainers.
  • Assign guest faculty.
  • Invite industry experts.
  • Allocate substitute faculty.
  • Modify teaching teams.

Faculty changes may occur due to:

  • Personal emergencies
  • Medical reasons
  • Professional commitments
  • Travel
  • Organizational requirements
  • Performance evaluation
  • Operational planning
  • Any other unforeseen circumstances.

Such changes shall not affect the validity of the course and shall not be considered a basis for refund or cancellation.

13. Course Schedule, Class Timings, & Extension of Course Duration

Course schedules published on the website, brochures, admission letters, or shared by academic coordinators are tentative and intended for planning purposes only.

The Institute reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule classes.
  • Postpone sessions.
  • Advance class timings.
  • Change batch schedules.
  • Rearrange module order.
  • Conduct additional classes.
  • Conduct weekend sessions.
  • Conduct extra practical sessions.
  • Extend session durations whenever necessary.

Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

  • Faculty availability
  • Public holidays
  • Technical issues
  • Internet disruptions
  • Platform maintenance
  • Operational requirements
  • Student learning requirements
  • Industry events
  • Examination schedules
  • Government notifications
  • University requirements
  • Administrative decisions
  • Force Majeure events

Students shall cooperate with such scheduling changes.

Reasonable efforts will be made to notify students in advance wherever practicable.

In the event that the duration of any course is reasonably extended due to academic, operational, technical, regulatory, faculty-related, or other circumstances as specified in these Terms & Conditions, students shall be required to cooperate with and adhere to the revised academic schedule and timelines communicated by the Institute.

Students expressly acknowledge and agree that such an extension shall not constitute a valid ground for cancellation of enrolment, refund of fees, compensation, or any other financial claim against the Institute. Any request for refund made solely on the basis of an extension of the course duration shall not be entertained.

14. Course Duration

The duration mentioned in brochures, websites, admission documents, or promotional materials represents the estimated academic duration of the respective program.

Students expressly acknowledge that actual completion timelines may vary depending upon academic and operational requirements.

Accordingly, the Institute reserves the right to reasonably extend the duration of any course whenever necessary.

15. Extension of Program Duration

The duration of any course may be extended for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Curriculum upgrades.
  • Introduction of new industry topics.
  • AI and technology updates.
  • Additional practical sessions.
  • LIVE campaign execution.
  • Case study discussions.
  • Extended project reviews.
  • Internship coordination.
  • Additional doubt-clearing sessions.
  • Student learning requirements.
  • Slow-paced batches requiring additional academic support.
  • Faculty availability.
  • Medical emergencies involving faculty members.
  • Public holidays.
  • Technical interruptions.
  • University requirements.
  • Regulatory requirements.
  • Administrative reasons.
  • Force Majeure events.
  • Any circumstance that, in the opinion of the Institute, requires additional instructional time.

The Institute shall make reasonable efforts to complete the program within the estimated timeline; however, academic quality shall always take precedence over strict adherence to projected schedules. Any request for refund made solely on the basis of an extension of the course duration shall not be entertained.

16. Additional Learning Hours

To ensure better academic outcomes, NIDE may conduct:

  • Additional classes.
  • Revision sessions.
  • Practical workshops.
  • Extra assignments.
  • Project mentoring.
  • Industry expert sessions.
  • Career guidance sessions.
  • Placement preparation sessions.
  • Interview preparation.
  • Mock interviews.
  • Portfolio reviews.

These additional sessions are provided for the benefit of students and may increase the overall duration of the course.

Such additional academic support shall not be treated as a delay in service delivery.

17. No Refund Due to Academic or Operational Changes

Students understand and expressly agree that educational programs are dynamic in nature.

Accordingly, the following shall not constitute valid grounds for cancellation, refund, compensation, damages, fee reduction, or any financial claim against the Institute:

  • Extension of course duration.
  • Rescheduling of classes.
  • Change in class timings.
  • Faculty replacement.
  • Curriculum updates.
  • Addition or removal of modules.
  • Additional practical sessions.
  • Extended project timelines.
  • Additional workshops.
  • Batch restructuring.
  • Technical interruptions.
  • Administrative scheduling changes.
  • Operational delays.
  • University requirements.
  • Government directives.
  • Events beyond the reasonable control of the Institute.

The Institute remains committed to delivering the promised curriculum and ensuring that students receive the intended learning outcomes.

18. Attendance Policy

Students are expected to maintain regular attendance throughout the program.

Attendance may be considered for:

  • Certification eligibility.
  • Internship opportunities.
  • Placement assistance.
  • Placement guarantee (where applicable).
  • Project evaluations.
  • Internal assessments.

Repeated absenteeism may result in academic consequences as determined by the Institute.

19. Student Responsibilities

Every student agrees to:

  • Attend classes regularly.
  • Complete assignments on time.
  • Maintain professional behaviour.
  • Respect faculty members and fellow students.
  • Follow academic instructions.
  • Avoid classroom disruption.
  • Use Institute resources responsibly.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary learning materials.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in disciplinary action.

20. Academic Integrity

Students shall maintain the highest standards of academic honesty.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Plagiarism.
  • Submission of copied assignments.
  • Impersonation.
  • Cheating during examinations.
  • Unauthorized use of AI tools where expressly prohibited.
  • Sharing assessment answers.
  • Misrepresentation of project work.

Violation of academic integrity policies may lead to suspension, cancellation of certification, withholding of results, termination of enrolment, or any other disciplinary action deemed appropriate by the Institute.

21. Holidays & Academic Calendar

The Institute may declare holidays, semester breaks, examination breaks, faculty training periods, maintenance days, or academic recesses from time to time.

Such holidays shall not be considered interruptions in educational services and may proportionately extend the academic calendar where necessary.

22. Batch Transfers

Requests for transferring from one batch to another shall be considered solely at the discretion of the Institute.

Batch transfers may be subject to:

  • Seat availability.
  • Administrative approval.
  • Academic feasibility.
  • Additional fees, if applicable.

The Institute reserves the right to refuse any batch transfer request without assigning any reason.

LEARNING PLATFORM, STUDENT CONDUCT, CERTIFICATIONS, PLACEMENTS & LEGAL PROVISIONS

23. Learning Management System (LMS) & Student Dashboard

Upon successful enrolment, students may be provided access to the Institute’s Learning Management System (LMS), Student Dashboard, mobile applications, digital libraries, recordings, assignments, assessments, discussion forums, and other academic resources.

Access to these resources is granted solely for the personal educational use of the enrolled student and shall remain subject to these Terms & Conditions.

The Institute reserves the right to modify, upgrade, suspend, replace, or discontinue any part of the LMS or digital infrastructure without prior notice where such changes are necessary for operational, technical, security, or academic reasons.

24. Access to Digital Learning Resources

Access to digital resources may vary depending on the enrolled program.

Learning resources may include:

  • LIVE Class Links
  • Recorded Sessions
  • Assignments
  • Notes
  • Presentations
  • Templates
  • Practical Exercises
  • Downloadable Resources
  • Case Studies
  • AI Tools
  • Software Access
  • Project Files
  • Career Resources

Certain resources may only be available for a limited duration as determined by the Institute.

The Institute reserves the right to add, modify, replace, or remove learning resources at any time.

25. Recorded Sessions

Where recordings are provided, they are offered solely as an additional learning aid.

Students acknowledge and agree that:

  • Recording availability is not guaranteed for every session.
  • Certain sessions may not be recorded due to technical, legal, operational, or faculty-related reasons.
  • Recordings may remain accessible only for the duration specified by the Institute.
  • Recordings may be removed, replaced, or updated without prior notice.

The absence or temporary unavailability of recordings shall not constitute a deficiency in service or a valid ground for refund or compensation.

26. Student Account Security

Students are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Students shall not:

  • Share login credentials.
  • Permit unauthorized access.
  • Allow multiple users to access a single account.
  • Sell or transfer dashboard access.
  • Use another student’s account.

Any misuse may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access.

27. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, all educational materials provided by NIDE are the exclusive intellectual property of the Institute.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Videos
  • LIVE Classes
  • Recordings
  • Presentations
  • PDFs
  • Study Materials
  • Templates
  • Assessments
  • Assignments
  • Projects
  • Case Studies
  • Graphics
  • Branding
  • Logos
  • Course Structure
  • Learning Methodologies
  • Software Configurations
  • AI Workflows
  • Training Frameworks

Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials solely for personal educational purposes.

No ownership rights are transferred.

28. Restrictions on Use

Students shall not, without prior written permission:

  • Copy learning materials.
  • Record LIVE classes.
  • Redistribute videos.
  • Upload Institute content to YouTube or social media.
  • Share course material publicly.
  • Sell Institute resources.
  • Modify proprietary content.
  • Reproduce training materials.
  • Use Institute content for commercial purposes.

Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal proceedings under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

29. Student Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professionalism throughout their association with the Institute.

Students shall not:

  • Harass faculty members, staff, or fellow students.
  • Use abusive, offensive, threatening, or defamatory language.
  • Engage in discrimination, bullying, intimidation, or harassment of any kind.
  • Spread false, misleading, or malicious information regarding the Institute, its management, faculty, employees, academic collaborators, certification partners, or associated organizations.
  • Disrupt LIVE classes, workshops, examinations, or other academic activities.
  • Misuse the Institute’s digital platforms, communication channels, or learning resources.
  • Participate in any unlawful, fraudulent, or unethical activities while using the Institute’s services.
  • Directly visit, contact, communicate with, or approach any of the Institute’s academic collaborators, certification partners, university partners, accreditation bodies, industry partners, faculty members, or their representatives regarding admissions, certifications, academic matters, fee-related matters, grievances, or any matter connected with the Institute without the prior written authorization of NIDE. All such communications shall be routed exclusively through the Institute’s officially designated channels.

Any unauthorized communication or action that adversely affects the Institute’s relationships with its academic collaborators, certification partners, university partners, or other stakeholders may be treated as a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in disciplinary action, including suspension of services, cancellation of enrolment, withholding of certifications, or any other action deemed appropriate by the Institute.

NIDE reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate disciplinary or legal action against any student found to be in violation of this Code of Conduct.

30. Suspension of Services

The Institute reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to educational services where a student:

  • Fails to pay outstanding fees.
  • Violates these Terms.
  • Misuses Institute resources.
  • Engages in misconduct.
  • Shares login credentials.
  • Breaches intellectual property rights.
  • Interferes with academic operations.
  • Acts contrary to the interests of the Institute.

Suspension may include restriction of:

  • LMS Access
  • LIVE Classes
  • Dashboard
  • Recordings
  • Assignments
  • Assessments
  • Certifications
  • Placement Services

Suspension shall not entitle the student to any refund or compensation.

31. Termination of Enrolment

The Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student’s enrolment, withhold academic services, certifications, or other benefits, and take any other appropriate disciplinary action, without refund, if the student:

  • Provides false, misleading, or fraudulent information during admission or at any time during the course.
  • Engages in fraud, forgery, impersonation, or any unlawful activity.
  • Violates applicable laws or these Terms & Conditions.
  • Commits academic misconduct, including plagiarism, cheating, or unauthorized use of academic materials.
  • Harasses, threatens, intimidates, or abuses faculty members, staff, fellow students, or representatives of the Institute.
  • Repeatedly breaches the Institute’s policies, academic regulations, or Code of Conduct.
  • Causes or attempts to cause reputational, operational, or financial harm to the Institute.
  • Without the prior written authorization of the Institute, directly visits, contacts, communicates with, or approaches any of the Institute’s academic collaborators, certification partners, university partners, accreditation bodies, industry partners, or other stakeholders regarding admissions, certifications, fee-related matters, academic matters, grievances, or any matter relating to the Institute, where such conduct is unauthorized or is likely to adversely affect the Institute’s operations, reputation, or institutional relationships.
  • Engages in any conduct that, in the reasonable opinion of the Institute, is detrimental to its interests, operations, reputation, or relationships with its academic collaborators, certification partners, university partners, or other stakeholders.

The Institute reserves the right to take such action immediately where warranted by the circumstances. Termination or suspension under this clause shall not affect any rights or remedies available to the Institute under applicable law or these Terms & Conditions.

32. Certifications

Certificates shall be issued only upon successful fulfilment of the academic requirements of the respective program.

The Institute may prescribe conditions relating to:

  • Attendance
  • Assignment Submission
  • Practical Completion
  • Internal Assessments
  • Project Evaluation
  • Examination Performance
  • Fee Clearance
  • Academic Conduct

Failure to satisfy these requirements may result in withholding or non-issuance of certificates.

33. Internship & Placement Services

Where internship opportunities, placement assistance, career guidance, interview preparation, resume building, or placement guarantee (where specifically applicable) are offered, such services shall remain subject to the separate Placement Policy of the Institute.

Students must fulfil all eligibility criteria prescribed by the Institute to avail such services.

Placement opportunities depend on various external factors, including but not limited to:

  • Student performance
  • Attendance
  • Communication skills
  • Technical competency
  • Employer requirements
  • Market conditions
  • Recruitment cycles

The Institute cannot guarantee employment unless expressly provided under a separately documented Placement Guarantee Policy with clearly defined eligibility criteria.

34. Third-Party Platforms & Services

The Institute may provide access to third-party software, AI tools, cloud platforms, certification providers, meeting applications, payment gateways, and external websites.

The Institute does not own or control such third-party services and shall not be responsible for:

  • Service interruptions
  • Software bugs
  • Policy changes
  • Pricing changes
  • Data loss
  • Account suspension
  • Service discontinuation

Students are responsible for complying with the respective terms of those third-party providers.

35. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NIDE, its directors, employees, faculty members, consultants, partners, affiliates, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of its educational services.

The Institute shall not be responsible for:

  • Loss of employment opportunities.
  • Business interruption.
  • Loss of profits.
  • Loss of data.
  • Internet failures.
  • Device incompatibility.
  • Technical failures.
  • Third-party service disruptions.
  • Delayed academic schedules resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control.

36. Indemnification

Students agree to indemnify and hold harmless National Institute of Digital Education (NIDE), NIDE E-Learning Pvt. Ltd., their directors, officers, employees, faculty members, consultants, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or legal expenses arising out of:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Misuse of Institute resources.
  • Infringement of intellectual property rights.
  • Violation of applicable laws.
  • Misrepresentation by the student.

37. Force Majeure

The Institute shall not be held responsible for any delay, interruption, suspension, or inability to provide educational services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Earthquakes
  • Fire
  • Pandemic or epidemic
  • Government restrictions
  • Internet outages
  • Power failures
  • War
  • Civil unrest
  • Labour disputes
  • Cybersecurity incidents
  • Technical failures
  • Actions of regulatory authorities
  • Any other unforeseen event beyond the reasonable control of the Institute.

During such events, the Institute may revise schedules, extend timelines, change delivery modes, or adopt alternative academic arrangements without incurring any liability.

48. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, the student agrees to first notify the Institute in writing regarding the dispute and provide the Institute with a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter amicably.

The Institute shall make reasonable efforts to resolve genuine grievances in a fair and timely manner.

Nothing contained herein shall restrict either party from exercising legal remedies available under applicable law where amicable resolution is unsuccessful.

50. Student Declaration & Acceptance
