To be eligible for the placement assurance, students must;
The student must successfully complete 100% of the course curriculum within the stipulated timeline.
A minimum attendance of 80% in live classes, practical sessions, and mandatory workshops is required.
The student must complete all assignments, capstone projects, workshops, mock tests and mock interviews as prescribed by NIDE.
The student must achieve the minimum qualifying score of 80% and above in all the mock test conducted by NIDE.
The student must successfully complete the salaried internship assigned or facilitated by NIDE as part of the program.
Active participation in placement support activities, including resume building, interview preparation sessions, and career guidance programs, is mandatory.
The student must apply to job opportunities shared by NIDE and attend all scheduled interviews unless a valid reason is approved in advance.
The student must maintain professional conduct and discipline throughout the course and placement process.
The student must not reject a reasonable job offer aligned with the course curriculum, location preferences (if any), and market standards.

The “100% Placement or 100% Refund” policy was applicable only to eligible Diploma / PG Program students who enrolled between 1st October 2025 and 31st March 2026 and received formal written confirmation from NIDE through official email communication.

These are conducted during regular live training sessions and do not require any third-party client dependency.

2. Client-Based Practicals (Live Campaign Execution)
In this stage, students work on real client accounts and live campaigns, especially in ROI based campaigns.

- Each group is assigned a real client project
- Campaigns are executed on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Students will create, run, optimize, A/B testing, scale-up campaigns based on defined performance goals given by the client

- The ad budget is fully funded by the client (approx. ₹30,000 to ₹1,50,000 per month, depending on the project)

To ensure that this process does not disrupt regular learning, these practicals are handled in a micro-group format.
Students are divided into small groups (2–3 per group), and each group is assigned a different client account in most cases, depending on project availability.

- Students are required to complete payments on or before the due date
Important Note
All instalment payments are managed and collected directly by NIDE only. No third party or individual is authorized to collect payments on behalf of NIDE.
We understand that unforeseen situations may arise, and hence:
- Short extensions may be provided for genuine cases
- Additional extensions can be considered upon special request (case-to-case basis)
However, to maintain academic discipline:
- If the installment is not cleared even after the extended period, the student’s account may be temporarily suspended, irrespective of whether it is the first or last installment.
This may result in restricted access to:
- Live classes
- Student dashboard
- Study materials and recordings
Access will be restored once the pending dues are cleared.
Important Note
Any approval for extensions or payment-related exceptions is subject to management discretion, and the final decision rests with NIDE management.
Why this policy is important
This ensures:
- Smooth functioning of the program
- Fairness for all students
- Continued access to uninterrupted learning
No, there is no refund policy applicable once a student has successfully enrolled in the program.
- Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances, whether the course has started or not yet started
- Once the admission is confirmed, it is considered final and non-cancellable
- Partial refunds, cancellations, or fee reversals are not permitted
Alternative Option (Batch Flexibility)
In case a student is unable to start or continue the course after enrollment, they are not eligible for a refund. However:
- Students can defer or restart the program
- They can join any upcoming batch at their convenience
Validity:
- The admission remains valid for 2 years from the date of enrollment
- The student can start or restart the program anytime within this period
If the student does not utilize the admission within 2 years, it will expire, and re-enrollment with full course fee will be required.
Financial or Personal Constraints
- In case a student is unable to continue due to financial issues or personal circumstances,
refunds will still not be applicable - However, the student can pause and resume the program within the 2-year validity period, subject to clearing any pending dues
