Placement Assurance Policy – NIDE
Our Commitment
NIDE provides a structured placement support system designed to maximize employability through:
- Real-world projects
- Portfolio development
- Interview preparation
- Continuous job support
What “Placement Assurance” Means
- Dedicated support until placement within the support period
- Access to job opportunities, referrals, and hiring assistance
- Continuous mentoring and interview guidance
This is not a job guarantee
Student Eligibility (Mandatory)
- The student must successfully complete 100% of the course curriculum within the stipulated timeline.
- A minimum attendance of 80% in live classes, practical sessions, and mandatory workshops is required.
- The student must complete all assignments, capstone projects, workshops, mock tests and mock interviews as prescribed by NIDE.
- The student must achieve the minimum qualifying score of 80% and above in all the mock test conducted by NIDE.
- The student must successfully complete the salaried internship assigned or facilitated by NIDE as part of the program.
- Active participation in placement support activities, including resume building, interview preparation sessions, and career guidance programs, is mandatory.
- The student must apply to job opportunities shared by NIDE and attend all scheduled interviews unless a valid reason is approved in advance.
- The student must maintain professional conduct and discipline throughout the course and placement process.
- The student must not reject a reasonable job offer aligned with the course curriculum, location preferences (if any), and market standards.
- Placement assurance applies only to students who are legally eligible to work in India.
- Any form of misrepresentation, misconduct, or violation of institute policies may lead to disqualification from the placement assurance.
Placement Support Duration
- Up to 6 months post course completion
- Extendable only if student remains compliant
Fee Refund Policy (Conditional)
Refund is applicable only if:
- All eligibility criteria are met
- No valid job offers are unjustifiably rejected
- Full participation in placement process is proven
Refund Timeline: Within 30 working days (bank transfer)
Definition of Valid Job Offer
- Relevant role (Digital Marketing / related)
- Entry-level industry salary
- Location discussed at admission stage
Disqualification
- Lack of participation
- Missed interviews
- Unprofessional conduct
- Failure to meet eligibility criteria

Placement Execution SOP
Step 1: Orientation
- Explain placement system clearly
- Sign agreement (mandatory)
Step 2: Skill + Portfolio
- Real projects
- Resume + portfolio creation
Step 3: Readiness Check
- Mock interview
- Portfolio approval
Only qualified students enter placement pool
Step 4: Placement Activation
- Add to job group + tracker
- Share job opportunities
Step 5: Application Tracking
- 5–10 applications/week mandatory
- Student must update tracker
Step 6: Interview Support
- Mock + real interview prep
- Feedback tracking
Step 7: Offer Handling
- Define valid offer
- Limit unjustified rejections
Step 8: Monitoring
- Weekly tracking
- Monthly review
Step 9: Refund Evaluation
- Based on documented proof
Step 10: Refund Processing
- Decision within 7 days

Student Agreement
NIDE Placement Assurance Agreement
This agreement is between NIDE and the enrolled student.
1. Program Understanding
The student acknowledges that:
This is a placement support program, not a guaranteed job offer
Outcomes depend on performance, skills, and market conditions
2. NIDE Responsibilities
NIDE will provide:
Career support, resume & portfolio guidance
Mock interviews & job assistance
Access to job opportunities
3. Student Responsibilities
The student agrees to:
Maintain 90% attendance
Complete all assignments and projects
Build a professional portfolio
Apply to jobs regularly
Attend all interviews
4. Placement Conditions
Placement support is provided for up to 6 months
Continued support depends on active participation
5. Valid Job Offer
A valid offer includes:
Relevant role
Entry-level salary
Pre-discussed location
The student agrees not to reject valid offers without reason.
6. Refund Policy
Refund is applicable only if:
All requirements are met
No valid offers are rejected
Full participation is demonstrated
Refund will be processed within 30 working days.
7. Disqualification
The student may lose eligibility if:
Requirements are not met
Interviews are missed
Participation is lacking
8. Acknowledgment
The student confirms understanding and acceptance of all terms.
