General Fee & Refund Policy
NIDE follows a Non-Refundable Fee Policy after enrolment into any course. Once enrolment is confirmed, course fees paid shall not be refundable, except in cases expressly stated under this policy.
Substitution of participants may be considered at the sole discretion of the Institute, subject to eligibility verification and administrative approval.
All refund-related processes are solely managed by NIDE. No third-party individual, consultant, or organization is authorized to process or commit refunds on behalf of the Institute
Placement-Linked Refund Applicability
A 100% refund of the course fee shall be applicable only to students enrolled under the Placement Guarantee model (PG & Diploma programs), subject to the following conditions:
The student satisfies all Placement Guarantee eligibility criteria
The student actively participates in all placement-related activities
The student complies with interview attendance, professional conduct, and policy requirements
The Institute is unable to secure at least one valid placement offer within 120 working days from the date of successful course completion
In such cases, the refund shall be:
Initiated only after the placement timeline has fully elapsed
Processed within 45 working days, in accordance with NIDE’s internal refund procedures
This refund provision is not applicable to Placement Assistance programs.
Batch Classification & Legacy Admissions
Students enrolled in batches commencing on or before December 2025 shall be classified under either the Placement Assistance or Placement Guarantee program solely based on formal written communication issued by NIDE through its official email channels.
No verbal assurance, informal communication, WhatsApp message, counselor statement, or third-party representation shall be considered valid for determining placement model applicability.
Such students shall be eligible for refund provisions only if they:
Are formally classified under Placement Guarantee via email, and
Continue to satisfy all eligibility, participation, and compliance requirements under the applicable Placement Policy.
Advanced Certificate Courses – Placement Assistance Only
The Fee Refund Policy is not applicable to Advanced Certificate Courses, as these programs are offered strictly under the Placement Assistance model.
While no refund or placement guarantee is applicable, NIDE shall continue to provide its best-effort placement assistance until the student secures suitable employment opportunities, subject to eligibility and conduct.
Batch Rescheduling & Mode Change
The Institute reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or modify batches or class schedules due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to operational constraints or force majeure events.
Under such circumstances:
Course fees shall not be refunded
If offline delivery is converted to online mode due to unavoidable circumstances, no refund shall be applicable
Reservation Fee Policy
Reservation fees are refundable only prior to confirmation of final enrolment. Approved reservation fee refunds shall be processed within 30 working days from the date of approval.
Scholarships & Fee Waivers
Fee waivers or concessions shall be applicable only to students who have been officially awarded a scholarship or authorized fee waiver through documented approval from the Institute.
Admission Cancellation & Disciplinary Action
No refund shall be permitted if a student’s admission is cancelled due to:
Disciplinary action
Violation of Anti-Ragging Regulations
Substance abuse
Breach of the Code of Conduct
Any other violation of Institute rules and regulations
Any act of negligence, misrepresentation, or misconduct causing direct or indirect harm to the Institute, its staff, or other students may result in:
Immediate cancellation of admission
Forfeiture of all fees paid
If a student fails to report to the Institute for more than 30 consecutive days without formal approval, the admission shall be automatically cancelled and all fees forfeited.
Eligibility Verification Failure
If a student fails to clear the eligibility verification conducted by the Institute or its Certification Partner prior to final enrolment, the admission shall be cancelled and 100% of the fees paid shall be refunded within 30 working days.
Instalment/s Default
The Institute reserves the right to suspend or cancel a student’s admission if any due instalment is not paid within 15 days of the stipulated deadline. In such cases, no refund shall be applicable.
Eligibility Criteria for Placement Guarantee
Placement Guarantee shall be applicable only if the student satisfies all of the following conditions:
Successful completion of 100% of the course curriculum within the prescribed timeline
Minimum 80% attendance in live classes, practical sessions, and mandatory workshops
Completion of all assignments, capstone projects, mock tests, and mock interviews
Achievement of a minimum qualifying score of 70% or above in all mock assessments
Successful completion of the salaried internship assigned or facilitated by NIDE
Active participation in resume building, interview preparation, and career guidance sessions
Application to job opportunities shared by NIDE and attendance at scheduled interviews
Maintenance of professional conduct and discipline throughout the course and placement process
Non-rejection of reasonable job offers aligned with curriculum relevance, location preferences (if any), and prevailing market standards
Legal eligibility to work in India
Any form of misrepresentation, misconduct, or violation of Institute policies shall result in immediate disqualification from Placement Guarantee benefits. For more details, read Placement Policy.
Management Discretion
For any situation not expressly covered under this policy, the Management of NIDE reserves the sole and final right to make a binding decision, which shall be final and non-contestable.
