Fee Refund Policy
- NIDE follows a Non-Refundable Policy after Enrolment to the course. Substitution of the participants may be considered.
- The refund process is solely managed by NIDE, and no third party is involved in the refund of course fees.
- A 100% refund shall be applicable only to PG and Diploma students who are unable to secure placement within 45 working days after successful course completion, subject to all placement eligibility criteria given below. This revised policy is effective from December 2025 and is applicable to all batches starting from June 2025. This policy revision is not applicable to students admitted before June 2025. The refund will be processed within 45 working days if the placement is not secured within the given timeline.
- The Fee Refund Policy is not applicable to Advanced Certificate Courses as they are offered with Placement Assistance only. However, NIDE will continue to provide its best possible placement support to students until they secure suitable employment opportunities.
- The institute reserves the right to postpone/reschedule any batches or classes due to any unforeseen circumstances. The course fee will not be refunded under these circumstances
Reservation fees are refundable only prior to the confirmation of final enrolment and refund of reservation fee will be processed within 30 working days.
No fees shall be refunded if the course delivery mode for offline students is changed to online mode due to unforeseen circumstances
Fee waivers shall be applicable to students who have been officially awarded a scholarship or any other authorized fee waiver.
- In the event that a student’s admission is cancelled due to disciplinary action, violation of Anti-Ragging Regulations, substance abuse, breach of the Code of Conduct, or any other rules and regulations of the Institute, no refund of fees shall be permissible. Furthermore, any act of negligence, misrepresentation, or misconduct by the student that causes direct or indirect harm to the Institute or to other students may result in cancellation of admission and forfeiture of fees.
For any situation/s not expressly addressed in these rules, the Management reserves the sole right to make a final and binding decision.
Admission Cancellation
- In the event that a student’s admission is cancelled due to disciplinary action, violation of Anti-Ragging Regulations, substance abuse, breach of the Code of Conduct, or any other rules and regulations of the Institute, no refund of fees shall be permitted. Additionally, any act of negligence, misrepresentation, or misconduct by the student that causes direct or indirect harm to the Institute or to other students may result in the immediate cancellation of admission and forfeiture of all fees paid.
- If a student does not report to the Institute for more than 30 consecutive days, their admission shall be automatically suspended/cancelled, and all fees paid shall be forfeited
If a student does not successfully clear the eligibility verification conducted by the Institute or its Certification Partner prior to final enrollment, their admission shall be automatically cancelled, and 100% of the fees paid shall be refunded within 30 working days.
The Institute reserves the right to suspend or cancel a student’s admission if the due instalment is not paid within 15 days of the deadline, and no refund shall be granted.
Eligibility Criteria for Placement Guarantee
The student must successfully complete 100% of the course curriculum within the stipulated timeline.
A minimum attendance of 80% in live classes, practical sessions, and mandatory workshops is required.
The student must complete all assignments, capstone projects, workshops, mock tests and mock interviews as prescribed by NIDE.
The student must achieve the minimum qualifying score of 80% and above in all the mock test conducted by NIDE.
- The student must successfully complete the salaried internship assigned or facilitated by NIDE as part of the program.
Active participation in placement support activities, including resume building, interview preparation sessions, and career guidance programs, is mandatory.
The student must apply to job opportunities shared by NIDE and attend all scheduled interviews unless a valid reason is approved in advance.
The student must maintain professional conduct and discipline throughout the course and placement process.
The student must not reject a reasonable job offer aligned with the course curriculum, location preferences (if any), and market standards.
Placement guarantee applies only to students who are legally eligible to work in India.
Any form of misrepresentation, misconduct, or violation of institute policies may lead to disqualification from the placement guarantee.
