Placement Policy
Placement Support, whether under Placement Assistance* or Placement Guarantee*, is strictly applicable only to students who meet all eligibility criteria defined by the institute below.
To be considered eligible for placement support, a student must;
- Complete 100% of the prescribed curriculum within the stipulated academic timeline
- Maintain a minimum attendance of 80% across all live classes, practical sessions including micro-group, group workshops and internship.
- Complete all academic and evaluative components including assignments, practical tasks, capstone projects, mock tests, and mock interviews within the stipulated academic timeline
- Secure a minimum qualifying score of 70% or above in all internal assessments and mock evaluations
- Submit a placement-ready resume approved by the Placement Team
- Have no pending fee dues at the time of placement activation
- Maintain professional conduct, discipline, and ethical behaviour throughout the academic and placement process
- Be legally eligible to work in India at the time of placement
Failure to meet any of the above conditions may result in delay, suspension, or permanent disqualification from placement support at the sole discretion of the institute.
Terms and Conditions
*Placement Guarantee
Placement Guarantee is a structured program offered exclusively to students who meet all eligibility conditions and requirements as defined under the applicable Placement Policy. Placement support under Diploma and PG Courses shall be governed by the Placement Guarantee model.
Under the Placement Guarantee;
- The institute commits to providing structured placement support with the objective of securing at least one valid job offer within the defined placement timeline.
- Placement Guarantee is subject to continuous eligibility, active participation, and strict adherence to this policy
Student Responsibilities under Placement Guarantee;
- Attending all placement-related sessions, communications, and evaluations
- Applying to job opportunities shared or approved by the institute
- Attending all scheduled interviews without fail unless prior written official approval is obtained
- Providing timely and honest interview feedback
- Maintaining integrity and accuracy in resumes, interviews, and professional communication
Job Offer Acceptance Policy
Students shall not unreasonably reject job offers that are aligned with genuine job roles, skill level, curriculum relevance, declared location preferences (if any), and prevailing market standards
Repeated or unjustified rejection of valid offers may result in termination of placement guarantee eligibility
Placement Timeline Disclaimer
Indicative placement timelines may vary based on student performance, experience level, role availability, and market conditions
Timelines are indicative in nature and do not constitute an immediate or unconditional employment promise
Placement Failure & Refund Clause
If a student enrolled under the Placement Guarantee program fulfils all prescribed eligibility criteria, actively participates in all placement-related activities, complies with interview attendance and professional conduct requirements, and remains eligible throughout the defined placement timeline, and if the Institute, despite providing placement support in accordance with this policy, is unable to secure at least one valid placement offer within one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of successful course completion, a one hundred percent (100%) refund of the course fee paid to the Institute shall be initiated after the expiry of the said placement timeline and processed within forty-five (45) working days, in accordance with the Institute’s internal refund procedures.
This refund clause shall be null and void if the student;
- Rejects valid job offers without justified reasons
- Fails to attend scheduled interviews
- Provides false or misleading information
- Violates any clause of this policy

Final decisions regarding hiring, salary, role responsibilities, company policies, and employment terms rest solely with the hiring organization. Placement outcomes are influenced by multiple external factors beyond institutional control, including market conditions and employer requirements. By enrolling, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this Placement Policy.
Age Disclaimer
Placement Guarantee shall be applicable only to students who, at the time of enrolment and throughout the placement process, are aged thirty (30) years or below. Age eligibility shall be determined based on officially submitted documents and declarations provided by the student. Students exceeding the prescribed age limit at any stage shall not be eligible for Placement Guarantee benefits and may be considered only under the Placement Assistance model, subject to the sole discretion of the institute.
Force Majeure and Market Conditions Clause
The Institute shall not be held liable for any delay, suspension, or inability to provide placement support arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to pandemics, epidemics, natural disasters, acts of God, economic downturns, industry-wide hiring freezes, changes in government regulations, or any other force majeure events.
Under such circumstances, placement timelines may be extended, postponed, or temporarily suspended, and students shall be required to wait until placement activities are resumed.
No refund, whether partial or full, shall be applicable or entertained on the grounds of placement delay or suspension resulting from the aforesaid force majeure or market conditions.
*Placement Assistance
Placement Assistance is a best-effort support program provided by the institute to eligible students. This program is intended to enhance employability and interview readiness but does not constitute a job guarantee.
Under the Placement Assistance model;
- The institute provides guidance and support to help students explore employment opportunities
- Placement outcomes depend on individual performance, interview readiness, skill alignment, and prevailing market conditions
- No assurance is provided with respect to job placement, role, salary, company, or location
The scope of Placement Assistance includes:
- Resume building and profile optimization
- Interview preparation sessions including HR and technical rounds
- Mock interviews and performance evaluations
- Job alerts, referrals, and interview opportunities where applicable
- Career guidance and improvement feedback
The institute shall make reasonable efforts to assist eligible students; however, placement success cannot be guaranteed. Students acknowledge that placement assistance is facilitative in nature and not a contractual obligation to secure employment.

*NOTE: Students enrolled in batches commencing on or before December 2025 shall be classified under the Placement Assistance or Placement Guarantee program solely on the basis of formal written communication issued by the Institute through its official email channels. No verbal assurance, informal communication, or third-party representation shall be considered valid for determining placement program applicability. Such students shall be eligible for the refund provisions under the applicable Placement Policy, provided they continue to satisfy all eligibility criteria, participation obligations, and compliance requirements prescribed by the Institute.
