Eligibility Criteria for Placement Assurance

To be eligible for the placement assurance, students must;

  • The student must successfully complete 100% of the course curriculum within the stipulated timeline.

  • A minimum attendance of 80% in live classes, practical sessions, and mandatory workshops is required.

  • The student must complete all assignments, capstone projects, workshops, mock tests and mock interviews as prescribed by NIDE.

  • The student must achieve the minimum qualifying score of 80% and above in all the mock test conducted by NIDE.

  • The student must successfully complete the salaried internship assigned or facilitated by NIDE as part of the program.

  • Active participation in placement support activities, including resume building, interview preparation sessions, and career guidance programs, is mandatory.

  • The student must apply to job opportunities shared by NIDE and attend all scheduled interviews unless a valid reason is approved in advance.

  • The student must maintain professional conduct and discipline throughout the course and placement process.

  • The student must not reject a reasonable job offer aligned with the course curriculum, location preferences (if any), and market standards.

  • Placement assurance applies only to students who are legally eligible to work in India.

  • Any form of misrepresentation, misconduct, or violation of institute policies may lead to disqualification from the placement assurance.

Important Disclaimer

The “100% Placement or 100% Refund” policy was applicable only to eligible Diploma / PG Program students who enrolled between 1st October 2025 and 31st March 2026 and received formal written confirmation from NIDE through official email communication.

Eligibility under this policy was strictly subject to predefined academic, attendance, practical participation, assessment, internship, placement process, and professional conduct requirements communicated by NIDE.

No verbal assurance, WhatsApp communication, counselor discussion, promotional interpretation, or third-party statement shall be considered valid unless officially documented through authorized written communication issued by NIDE.

The policy was applicable only to students formally approved under the Placement Commitment Program and did not apply automatically to all admissions, batches, courses, workshops, certifications, or training programs.

NIDE reserved the right to review eligibility, placement participation records, academic performance, attendance, practical completion status, interview participation, and professional conduct before considering any support or refund-related request under the applicable policy structure.

This policy structure is no longer applicable for new admissions unless explicitly communicated in writing by NIDE through official channels.

Yes, a structured internship is included as part of the PG in Digital Marketing, AI, & Growth Strategy program.

  • Duration: Minimum 2 months to maximum 3 months, depending on the student’s learning progress and performance
  • Mode: 100% Remote (Work From Home) — students can work from anywhere
  • Type: Internship opportunities are provided and facilitated by NIDE with third-party companies (not in-house). Students are expected to accept and complete the assigned internship as part of the program requirements

Is the internship paid?

Yes, this is a paid (stipend-based) internship.

As part of this program, students will undergo 125+ practical sessions, which include General (core & applied) practicals, live campaigns execution, full-stack capstone projects, workshops and other client-based practicals.

We follow a two-level practical training approach:

1. General Practicals & Workshops (In-Class Training)

These are conducted during regular live training sessions and do not require any third-party client dependency.

  • Students perform practicals using relevant tools and software
  • All necessary tools required for completing these practicals will be provided by NIDE
  • Sessions are conducted with step-by-step trainer guidance

Examples of General Practicals are Google Tag Manager implementation, Pixel Integrations, Conversion tracking, CRM integration, Marketing automation workflows, Competitor and market analysis, Customer pain point analysis, SEO, Content marketing..etc.

These practicals help students build a strong foundation across all key areas of digital marketing and prepare them for advanced, real-time applications.

2. Client-Based Practicals (Live Campaign Execution)

In this stage, students work on real client accounts and live campaigns, especially in ROI based campaigns.

  • Students are divided into small groups (2–3 per group)
  • Each group is assigned a real client project
  • Campaigns are executed on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Students will create, run, optimize, A/B testing, scale-up campaigns based on defined performance goals given by the client

Key Highlights:

  • Campaign access is typically provided for 30 to 45 days
  • The ad budget is fully funded by the client (approx. ₹30,000 to ₹1,50,000 per month, depending on the project)
  • Students work towards real performance metrics such as:
    • CTR (Click-Through Rate)
    • Conversion Rate
    • CPC (Cost Per Click)
    • Impression Share
    • Quality Score
    • Ad and Landing Page Relevance…etc.

To ensure quality and accountability:

  • Each group is assigned a dedicated faculty mentor
  • The faculty will guide, supervise, and support throughout the campaign
  • Students will execute the work, while faculty ensures it aligns with client expectations

  • All class recordings will be available on your dedicated student dashboard (MoodleCloud-based platform)
  • You can log in anytime and watch the missed sessions at your convenience
  • The dashboard also includes:
    • Study materials (PDFs, notes)
    • Case studies and use cases
    • Class schedules and calendar

The platform is accessible via both;

  • Web application (desktop/laptop)
  • Mobile application (on-the-go learning)

Important Note

  • Class recordings are available for a limited period of 60 days
  • After 60 days, recordings will be automatically removed from the platform (Zoom or Zoho)
  • Students are advised to download and save important recordings for future reference

The total duration of the program is typically around 8 months, including all theory sessions, practicals, workshops, assignments, and internship.

Can the duration be extended?

Under normal circumstances, we ensure that the program is completed within the planned timeline. However, in certain situations, the duration may be extended to maintain the quality and completeness of the program.

This may happen due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

  • Public holidays or government-declared interruptions (e.g., pandemic), or/and any Medical emergencies…etc.
  • Operational delays such as additional sessions, workshops, or support classes, Client-based practical/project dependencies
  • Curriculum updates or enhancements

In such cases, the schedule may be adjusted and the overall duration of the program may be extended accordingly.

Important Note

  • Students are expected to cooperate with the revised schedule
  • Such extensions are made to ensure complete learning and proper practical exposure
  • Refunds, fee adjustments, or compensations will not be applicable in these scenarios

The program is designed to be structured yet flexible, suitable for both students and working professionals.

  • Classes are conducted from 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM (Evening)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Students can expect 3 to 5 sessions per week, depending on the module

These sessions include:

  • Workshops

All these will be conducted together for the entire batch during regular class timings.

2. Client-Based Practicals (Live Campaign Execution)

Client-based practicals are conducted separately from regular class sessions, as these practicals are focused on achieving real client-defined performance goals, which typically require 30 to 45 days of continuous execution. To ensure that this process does not disrupt regular learning, these practicals are handled in a micro-group format.

Students are divided into small groups (2–3 per group), and each group is assigned a different client account in most cases, depending on project availability.

Key Points:

  • General instructions, strategy, and fundamentals will be covered during regular class sessions
  • Execution, optimization, scaling, and performance tracking will be handled separately in group-wise sessions
  • Each group works on its own client account with specific performance objectives

To ensure successful outcomes:

  • Each group is assigned a dedicated faculty mentor
  • The mentor will guide and support in;

At NIDE, the evaluation process is designed to ensure that students consistently build strong knowledge and practical skills throughout the program.

1. Mock Tests (Module-wise Evaluation)

  • Mock tests are conducted after the completion of each major module
  • These tests are designed to assess module-level understanding before progressing further

Test Structure;

  • Duration: 30 minutes
  • Total Questions: 30 questions
  • Marking: 1 mark per question (no negative marking)

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 80% score is required to pass each mock test
  • Students can attempt multiple times until they achieve the passing score
  • Tests are conducted on a secure platform to prevent malpractice

2. Pre-Final Assessments

Before the final examination, students must go through multiple pre-final assessments (typically conducted up to 5 times).

  • These assessments ensure students are fully prepared for the final exam

3. Assignments (Continuous Evaluation)

  • Students are required to complete payments on or before the due date

Important Note

All instalment payments are managed and collected directly by NIDE only. No third party or individual is authorized to collect payments on behalf of NIDE.

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise, and hence:

  • Short extensions may be provided for genuine cases
  • Additional extensions can be considered upon special request (case-to-case basis)

However, to maintain academic discipline:

  • If the installment is not cleared even after the extended period, the student’s account may be temporarily suspended, irrespective of whether it is the first or last installment.

This may result in restricted access to:

  • Live classes
  • Student dashboard
  • Study materials and recordings

Access will be restored once the pending dues are cleared.

Important Note

Any approval for extensions or payment-related exceptions is subject to management discretion, and the final decision rests with NIDE management.

Why this policy is important

This ensures:

  • Smooth functioning of the program
  • Fairness for all students
  • Continued access to uninterrupted learning

No, there is no refund policy applicable once a student has successfully enrolled in the program.

  • Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances, whether the course has started or not yet started
  • Once the admission is confirmed, it is considered final and non-cancellable
  • Partial refunds, cancellations, or fee reversals are not permitted

Alternative Option (Batch Flexibility)

In case a student is unable to start or continue the course after enrollment, they are not eligible for a refund. However:

  • Students can defer or restart the program
  • They can join any upcoming batch at their convenience

Validity:

  • The admission remains valid for 2 years from the date of enrollment
  • The student can start or restart the program anytime within this period

If the student does not utilize the admission within 2 years, it will expire, and re-enrollment with full course fee will be required.

Financial or Personal Constraints

  • In case a student is unable to continue due to financial issues or personal circumstances,
    refunds will still not be applicable
  • However, the student can pause and resume the program within the 2-year validity period, subject to clearing any pending dues
